Staff Member Details report
Overview
This report provides details about the staff members in selected departments and teams during a defined time period. It shows you the ControliQ ID of the staff member, their first and last names, position, employment type and normal working hours. These things will have been defined when setting up the staff members in ControliQ.
Uses
The data extract reports give you access to raw data from ControliQ which you can use to get insights into the performance of your organisation.

Heading | Explanation |
---|---|
Individual ControliQ ID |
The ControliQ ID of the staff member. |
First Name |
The first name of the staff member. |
Last Name |
The last name of the staff member. |
Reference ID |
The Reference ID of the staff member. This is another way of identifying the staff member, that may be used by your source system. |
Position |
The type of position the staff member has. What you see here will depend on what your organisation has defined as positions in ControliQ. |
Employment Type |
The type of employment that the staff member has: Full-time, Part-time, temporary, etc. |
Works From |
The date when the staff member began working for the organisation. Many staff members will have no figure in this field as they will have been set up when ControliQ was implemented in the organisation. |
Works To |
The date when the staff member will finish working for the organisation. Most staff members will have no figure in this field, as their end date will not be known yet. |
Team |
The Team which the staff member belongs to. |
Team WWID |
The ControliQ ID of the team. |
Timestamp Inserted |
The time (and date) when the staff member was first set up in ControliQ. |
Timestamp Last Updated |
The time (and date) when the staff member's data was most recently updated. For example, when the name of the team or department was changed. |

Department |
Here you set which department you want to view. You can also choose one, multiple, or all departments. |
Team |
Here you set which team you want to view. You can also choose one, multiple, or all teams. |
Start Date |
Here you choose the Start Date for the report. You can type in a date or choose one by pressing the calendar button beside the field. |
End Date |
Here you choose the End Date for the report. You can type in a date or choose one by pressing the calendar button beside the field. |
