Features

ControliQ is a powerful and extensive application. This page highlights some of the main features that you are likely to use regularly and also provides links to other important features that you may only need to use occasionally.

ControliQ is continually developing, we aim to tell you about any new features that we introduce as soon as they become available to you.

Manage Data screen

The Manage Data screen is where you verify the data from your staff members before you make it available for reports and planning. You are likely to look at this screen at least once a day, usually first thing in the morning to check the data from the day before.

Control report

The Control report is central to your use of Active Operations Management (AOM) and ControliQ. It gives you a huge amount of information in one screen. Like the Manage Data screen, you will look at the Control report at least once a day to see how your WorkgroupClosed An umbrella term to refer to a team or department. You can only have one active Workgroup. is progressing and what you might need to do to keep your staff on track.

RTM

The RTM screen is the main place where your staff record their work. It is intuitive and easy to use, with each tab following the same structure. The main tabs are Core, Diverted, Downtime and Break, these should cover all the areas that you want your staff to record time against.

Planning

Planning is another essential part of AOM. Without a plan you can't monitor how well your staff are performing or make decisions about workload and resources for the future. Although you won't use the planning and forecasting functions immediately, you will become familiar with them as you move beyond the early stages of using ControliQ.
