Average Duration Time Report (ADT)

Workgroup Start and End Date View Report Workgroup Select the workgroup that you would like to view the report for from the drop-down menu. Start / End Date The ADT report displays data by month. Select the first and last months of data you would like to report on by clicking on the calendar icon or by typing the abbreviated month name directly into the cell. View Report Once you have set you parameters click here to view your report.

 

Search Time Intervals Export Resize Search You can refine the list of Case Categories and Types displayed by typing the full or partial name into the search field. Please note that to search by Case Type you must expand the Case Category data first. Time Intervals You can view your data in days, hours or minutes by selecting the required unit here. Export Clicking this icon will allow you to export your report to Excel. Please note the report will export as it is displayed on the screen so if lower-level data is required expand the report before exporting. Resize Click and hold on the slider to resize columns.

At the highest level of the report the ADT for each Case Category is displayed.

Categories Monthly Values Total Duration Total Volumes ADT Categories At the highest level of the ADT report the Case Categories linked to the selected workgroup will be displayed. Monthly Values For each month included in the report an average duration will be calculated. This is based on the total time cases of each category were open and assigned to the selected workgroup divided by the total number of cases of each category that were assigned to your team at any point during the month. Total Duration The Total Duration details the total time that cases of each category were assigned to the selected workgroup with an open status in all the months included in the report. Total Volumes The Total Volumes details the total number of cases of each category that were assigned to the selected workgroup with an open status in all the months included in the report. ADT The ADT is the calculated average time a case of each category was assigned to the selected workgroup with a status of open in all months included in the report.

Clicking on the icon next to a Case Category allows you to expand the data to view the ADT by the Case Types linked to that Category.

 

 

You can then further expand the data to view ADT for each Stage in a case by clicking the icon. If the Assignee function is in use and cases are assigned to team members you can also expand the ADT data to view by team member using the icon.

 

Please note in the Average Duration Time calculation only cases that are active (have not been deleted) and only cases that were assigned to the workgroup or to a child of the workgroup selected when running the report at the time of case closure are considered.
